problem with PSE12

i had installation problem pde12 de-install , seemed ok. when try re-install software,it want de-install , blocks because find path. blocked , cannot ... there tool allowing me remove the  pse12 in order able restart installation ? thanks

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
