Two different flash player plugins, which one should be enabled?

i'm using google chrome , flash player consistently crashing, stopping etc. checked plugins, , have 2 flash players 1 should enabled, i've tried disabling , enabling between 2 it's better 1 , it's not, help, i'm beyond frustrated, and  getting more , more confused.

they should both enabled , "always allowed". did full uninstall , reinstall 2 days ago, , here's shows:

try following steps:

1. exit chrome, make sure not running

2. using windows explorer go c:\users\[user name]\appdata\local\google\chrome\user data\pepperflash

3. delete folders see there

4. start chrome again, should work now.

 

notes:

[user name] logon name.

in order access appdata folder, need "show hidden files , folders" in folder options.
