Shortcut Keyboard has disappear

hi.

 

i comfortable using shortcut keyboard 1 day disappear. becomes troublesome without it. example, short cut file/new command+o, shortcut sign appear command sign.

 

i have tried reinstalled , work right after installing not after reopening programme. there anyway can install shortcut keyboard again?

have tried resetting ps preferences?

sometimes uninstall/reinstall leaves corrupted prefs behind, , reinstall on them, same problems.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
