"Clear form" button

how add "clear form" button?

hi;

 

that depends on whether distributing web/html form or pdf.

 

for web form there isn't "clear form" button can add - can set after submit form "resets" automatically.  feature in paid level subscriptions.  there "redirect url" sub tab in options tab of form, "reload form (redirect first page)" option reload , clear form.

 

for pdf, if have access adobe acrobat can edit pdf after saving formscentral , add clear form button.
