Authorize computer

how authorise newer computer adobe id? tells me can id has not been used authorize other computer. don't own other computer has been authorized.

sometimes ade gets registration/activation confused , in semi-authorized state.

uninstalling , reinstalling not help, , indeed installation can trigger state.

unfortunately, gives misleading error messages wrong.

a common incorrect message informs id in use on computer , cannot reused.

another is  "e_auth_not_ready"

 

 

this can resolved removing authorization using ctrl-shift-d library screen on ade (cmd-shift-d if on mac).

restart ade, , reauthorize (old) adobe id.

 

 

in extreme cases on mac, following step has helped people.  navigate /users//library/application support/adobe/digital editions , drag activation.dat file trash. if using 10.7, see access hidden user library files | mac os 10.7 lion. http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1265248?tstart=0

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
