Cant open photoshop CC after restore system.

hi, yesterday had restore system 7 days ago, installed ph cc 3 days ago, when restoration finished not able use it. when open creative cloud manager says that  have photoshop installed , updated, not true cause cant use it. unistalled creative cloud, deleted files of photoshop, reinstalled cc manager , still having same problem, still cant use photoshop cc. hope  u can me cause cant unistall ph , cause not installed. you.

run creative cloud cleaner tool , try again.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
