cant get the font on PDF document and alignment

i cant font on pdf document , alignment eventhough have margins 0 still getting space top , left side.

 

i have added fonts cf admin , restarted still same issue. able see fonts added in cf admin.

i suspect there little bit of padding between html content , edge of pdf page. solve problem specifying fonts , margins using html style property, this, example:
