Why do i not have Cooperplate and other fonts anymore?

i re-installed photoshop new windows computer , when realized cooperplate gothic , other fonts use no longer there. reason why don't have cooperplate gothic , other fonts anymore?

can tell version of windows using, , fonts available in other applications?  i'm thinking if new computer, maybe fonts not installed @ all?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
