print pdf from ValueLine

ver 11 says plug-in doesn't work; ver 10 worked fine

 

further information:  tried print pdf site; error message says can't plug-in.   downloaded fresh ver. 11 today , accepted conditions.  help, please!

what operating system?  reader version?  these local or online pdfs?  if online, in browser/version?

 

what exact message receive?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
