Digital book with hotspots

i have quote request client produce digital book aimed @ 7-9 year olds. illustrations have 'hotspots' viewer have find reading text. once these hotspots have been pressed results recorded , points given.

 

there multiple choice question section.

 

is feasible these results stored (online example) user's ipad others can see points scored , scored them?

 

i assume need app, using adobe digital publishing suite, professional edition. please advise if there alternative method using adobe product.

i'm not sure best products be, adobe or other.  not digital editions, may worth posting on other forums.

 

by time have level of interaction outside scope of digital editions , (all) ebook methods.

if had prepare such app i'd use html5 technologies worked on many device types possible;

but i'm not sure authoring tools i'd use.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
