Captivate 7 video playback is taken over by iPhone5

we publish mp4 training videos html5 content , have problem need restrict player play/pause.

adobe captivate 7 works fantastic on devices, many androids, many browsers, , on ipad. captivate, after adding video multi-slide video 1 slide , publishing html5 content, lets student play , pause video - need.

but test on iphone , iphone's internal quicktime player recognizes mp4 video , kicks in, gives student functions want, totally overrides html5 published captivate restricted playback options.

is there way can around that? function or box haven't checked before publishing html5 content?

we happy, if video wouldn't play on iphone - long can't use fast forward end of video.

does here know how bypass internal iphone 5 player?

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
