Thread: How do I make bluetooth off by default on login

hi all,
im running xubuntu precise on sony vaio vpcyb3v1e, , when log laptop built-in bluetooth on default. there way have turned off on login, if need can turn on panel?

startup service manager , allows manager bluetooth services .

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
