Premiere Elements 9 just stopped working!

the program opens blank grey screen, that's it. i've never had problem program before, of few days ago, quit on me. following information did come after tried many taskes open it. tried opening right apllication, instead of shortcut, in case there funny going on start up/splash screen. know adobe has stopped photoshop.com saving sute, never used of that, wondering if case. i've uninstalled , reinstalled twice. first time open program work area (vid display, times, file area, etc. once try open project goes grey , that's does. information came follows:

can please me? go video editor, , i'd not brand or program. thank you

 

windows 7 home premium  service pack 1

dell inspiron 5520 - intel i5-3210m cpu @2.50 ghz - ram 8 gb - 64bit - 900 gb hd.

what happens windows update make graphics driver "obsolete" read below

 

what exact brand/model graphics adapter (ati or nvidia or ???)

what exact graphics adapter driver version?

have gone vendor web site check newer driver?

 

for windows, not rely on windows update have current driver information

-you need go direct vendor web site , check updates yourself

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
