Flash player doesn't run in user accounts

i updated flash player 12 , runs when in "owner" account on computer. however, not run when in user account , not update directly user account (get "do not have sufficient privileges" message). there simple should know run in accounts? using windows vista/ie9.

to update on (non-admin) user accounts, , if you're unable "run administrator" via right click, while in non-admin account, , enter proper credentials admin account... need (temporarily) change account administrator.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
