Error 1311 during installing the premiere 12 from DVD disc

even followed troubleshooting instruction, changing installation path " c:\pseversion12installer\ ",

still cannot install?

your edited installation path not right. question "version" being before 12.

 

if above referring to, did see @ time

this error can occur if install within folder path contains double-byte characters, japanese or chinese characters. error can occur if install folder path characters high ascii value, greek letters.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available
