Issue Installing Illustrator CS6

i purchased cs6 design standard student & teacher edition mac through amazon (digital download) , seemed install except illustrator. i've tried read through support i'm pretty lost. here summary says in regards why illustrator failed:

 

exit code: 6

please see specific errors , warnings below troubleshooting. example,  error: df027, dw063 ... warning: ds013 ...

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
