Thread: AutoKey-gtk not working in Ubuntu 12.04

i can't autokey-gtk (version 0.90.4-0~precise) work in ubuntu 12.04 .. closes unexpectedly when launched , no icon appears in top tool bar.

i've found reference bug

by default, autokey not work ubuntu 12.04 because not present in unity panel whitelist. default, unity panel whitelist set ['javaembeddedframe', 'wine', 'update-notifier']. in order applications, such desura , autokey work properly, need added whitelist, otherwise not function @ all.
how can autokey-gtk work?

can launch command line ..

autokey-gtk -l

, there grayed out icon in top bar (no autokey icon) allows me launch autokey window.

why no icon? have same grayed out effect ubuntu 1 launcher in top toolbar.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
