Installation issue with Elements/Premiere 12 bundle

i haven't been able install elements/premiere 12 bundle purchased @ best buy store.   installation screen says invalid serial number when entered serial number on of box.   tried using included redemption code request serial number, , got invalid redemption code response.

 

using windows 8.1, dell xps 8700, , turned off anti virus during installation.

there's no serial number/redemption code on outside of adobe product boxes (except older products had number under sticker determine, before purchase, if there had been tampering).

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
