Already in use by the maximum of 2 computers.

cs6 downloaded , installed on 1 laptop cannot validate license key system gives message in use maximum of  2 computers , need deactivate computer within 32767 days use product

 

this not case have downloaded onto 1 machine. gives me 2 options:1) retry activation, have deactivated 1 machine or 2) provide different serial number. should do?
