Bridge doesn't even open - partial uninstall?

i purchased cs6 , installed - think worked fine when installed.  couple of months later, bridge program stopped working - on windows 7 pro desktop , on win 8 laptop.  , of course, if bridge doesn't work, neither mini-bridge.

 

today day fix stupid techie issues... there way fix bridge without uninstalling entire package on both computers?  i'm not familiar overall program management screen let me select uninstall and/or repair.

no, bridge requires main program installed , tag along. run creative cloud cleaner tool , reinstall ps, careful not apply latest update again introduced issue.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
