How to remove sun spots

hi all,

 

i have photo recent wedding lovely if wasn't glaring sunspot on husbands face. there anyway can remove this? new photoshop , have no idea how started. have photoshop cs4.

 

any appreciated.

i take @ "spot healing brush tool", "healing brush tool" , "patch tool". keyboard shortcut "j". it's difficult photoshop guess guy looks behind sun spot, i'm sure have idea. mentioned tools took 3 minutes decent job; had guess looks like.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
