Thread: Mount FAT32 with user write permission


trying manually mount fat32 usb hard drive write permissions terminal,

trying
code:
sudo mount -t vfat -o defaults,user,exec,uid=1000,gid=100,umask=000,rw /dev/sda1 /home/shares/public/disk1
and can write root not user,

user has sudo permissions need ale write without sudo,

ideas i'm going wrong?
