Thread: Minecraft launch stuck on 'Updating Minecraft .. Done Loading'

hi

im trying install , run minecraft on ubuntu 10.04.

when click on minecraft.jar file , select 'open openjdk java 6 runtime' loads login screen, enter login details , click on 'play demo' button goes loading screen saying 'updating minecraft ... done loading' loading bar stops short of end , thats happens.

have tried minecraft installer, seemed go still doesnt load. instead go terminal , type 'minecraft' go sign in , still end stuck on same loading screen.

have been looking @ other threads error nothing seems work.

trying on demo mode see if works, if want go premium.

can help? im not techy

dont understand point downloading demo version. surely same version full version. there detail downloading 2 different minecraft.jar files, find instructions there hard follow.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
