Liquify tool

hi there,

 

i downloaded photoshop cc yesterday, upgrading on subscription cs4. when open page liquify tool twirl tool missing. there 7 tool options. when downloaded new version said there problem , try again later when opened jpeg bridge opened  new version photoshop. missing tools sign didn't download properly, in case should do, or missing more simple that?

i believe twirl tool has been removed.  when adobe updated liquify tool work faster , better opengl processing, of tools causing lot of problems , removed.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
