i have adobe reader xi , pdf file fillable.

 

i want fill these fields programmatically.

the fillable fields highlighted how determine field names of fillable fields?

 

is there link explaining how this?

you can see field names in adobe acrobat. xfa forms must use livecycle designer.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
