After Effects Keeps Freezing and Crashing

after 2 weeks of running perfectly, having 2 big issues:

 

1) after effects keeps freezing , crashing composition.

 

2) it's not opening older compostion.

 

anyone have idea of how can fix these issues?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
