Thread: LightDM restarts on user login (But not guest)

hey
currrently running ubuntu 12.04 lts x64_86 on laptop use media center.
installed latest nvidia graphics drivers.

here's did:
installed ubuntu
installed updates
reboot
installed nvidia drivers (for 9600m gt)
reboot
installed xbmc
inserted hdmi cable
disabled main monitor in nvidia x settings , set tv new monitor
ran "sudo restart lightdm" in terminal
bam, got picture on tv now, great.
restarted clean mess made
attempted login, main monitor shows x-server restarting , end @ login screen. keeps happening no matter how many times try.

tried:
logged in guest - works fine cannot connect internet or use software need. access denied on "su".
reboot - no difference @ all
multiple logins - same problem
unplugged hdmi cable , reboot - picture shows on default monitor problem persists.


suggestions out there? i'm starting little lost. attempt resetting x configuration, need find disk first. if works, post on internet others find.

update:
restoring xorg.conf did not @ all.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: lower arc in openoffice draw

hello have openoffice draw, 3.2 think. how can make lower arc text? right if click on 'lower arc' while text highlighted word merely goes upside down , backwards. not business cards!!! do use fontwork gallery (icon @ bottom of ooo windows)? works fine me aoo 3.4.1 on quetzal. can upload here sample file?
