Lost an edited form!

i using client questionair form... after editting form, closed it.  said "saved automatically".  did go?????  cannot find after spending hours on it!!  ugh!!  help.

the forms not deleted without user action , confirmation dialog.  every time user feels form disappeared issue signing in different email (adobeid).

 

did close formscentral , sign in again?  if did please try signing in other possible emails might have used , see if form in account.

 

just confirm, form authored (created template) , not form shared you, if form shared author have removed share.
