File modification times affected by Daylight saving changes?

after daylight time changes dreamweaver warns me files on server modified since put them last time.

 

so stored in local computer , server date's off 1 hour.

 

at first thought hacker modified files 1 hour after did make less obvious modification time, that's not case.

 

it doesn't happen 1 hour after, nor whole month. happened old files, , makes sense happens after daylight saving shift.

 

is there way fix it?

 

is there time zone or similar setup need make?

 

my computer has correct time.

 

i spoke host , don't find issue nor malicious code modifying files. ip has modified files.

i have @ least 3 edits , uploads from, , see time when i'm not on machine last uploaded from.
