Can't create PDF using Frame 11

upgraded frame 8 frame 11, 3 books print pdf fine, 1 won't. frame crashes. if use 'print' gives me log file, 'save pdf' crashes, no log file. individual chapters won't print either. similar emttechwriter's problem, worse since chapters won't print. clues? thanks.

standalone version of fm or full acrobat install? can create pdfs via other software? if create new doc based on standard fm template, pdf?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
