re-activate Elements

i purchased elements 10 2 years ago , installed on home pc. pc got viris re-formated it. when tried re-install elements 10, says has been installed on pc. how do now?

you'll need start chat session adobe @ http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html , they'll sort out quickly.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
