Can't sign in - the system signs me out

i not able sign creative cloud... (mavericks) -  sign in , says have signed out. have reset password twice , used both chrome , safari (in case browser issue) made no difference. want download new cc versions of adobe suite...

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
