The Pages/Templates tab is not showing up under Site Manager

i working on site, , unable see pages/templates tab under site manager tab in adminconsole. there setting can change fix or there somethign else need upload?

the webbasic plan muse not support access features. need upgrade paid webbasics+ or webmarketing level business catalyst site.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
