Does Internet Security programs interfere with Cloud?

hi, i'm new cloud.  needed install explorer download cloud wouldn't sync firefox.  quesions internet security.  have kaspersky available have found particular service interfere other online programs. if using cloud uses kapsersky, please let me know if have issues.
