Cannot install on new another machine after deactivation

i had moved photoshop elements 10 machine, , unistalled , recieved verification deactivated.  when try put on machine rolls , refuses install. why?

are getting activation error message? if so, go here , start chat session straightened out:

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
