Saving issues

mac osx version 10.9.1

acrobat xi trial.

 

this problem has happened twice , lost hours of work.

 

i'm saving pdf file in 2 different places regularly , of time fine. reopened file discover changes made images , text have been ignored , file has revereted earlier version.

 

on inspection, file info states document created today around midday (wrong) , modifications made around same time (i've made numerous changes , saved these throughout afternoon).

 

any assistance apprecited.

 

 

update having made changes file , saved 3 times in various locations, went close acrobat , met dialogue box asking whether want save file or not?

have applied updates acrobat xi trial? you'll need latest update - 11.0.4 os x 10.9 support.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
