Premiere Pro CC crashes when exporting media

rendering multicam sequence in/out points set.  media consists of red epic 5k, canon 7d, gopro, , bwf sound.  output vimeo 1080p 23.976.  cams , sound set 23.976.   can me?

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
