install photoshop element 8 in two machines

i have copy of photoshop element_8.  installed in 1 personal computer (a).  installed same copy in computer (b).  however, second 1 had un-installed (forgot reason why).  re-installed photoshop element_8 in second machine (b) again, , it's telling me have used 2 licenses, , have 30 days left use in second machine (b).  but, installing photoshop element_8 in 2 machines total.  do?  help!!

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
