Paid but cannot access apps.

i have signed 12 month subscription , paid first month. has come off account not have access of apps. have deadlines , nothing work from. how can solved?

which service of adobe have subscribed adobe creative cloud or else.

 

you may try logout , log in adobe id (email id registered adobe).

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
