Mouse doesn't work in dropdown windows

i can click on menus in command line mouse, once new window opens, have use tab key, arrow keys , enter key navigate within window.  mouse doesn't work. 

 

i'm running windows 7, , working, of course, in cloud version of ind.

 

thanks help.

see indesign tools , panels don't respond mouse clicks (windows 7/vista)

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
