can i change the licence over?

i have lost software , work due computer on heating , setting on fire. have managed replace computer upgraded mac. unfortunately creative suite windows, there anyway can changed on use on new mac? use photoshop , illustrator work purpose , need it

this depends on version. current versions (meaning cs6) can switched, otherwise have buy upgrade , make switch. if software far behind eligible updates, have buy new license or sign creative cloud.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
