Connecting a second screen with PSE 11

hi, how can use second screen - high quality - on portable pc show progress of work while keeping tools on base screen?

that not function of photoshop or elements, rather of computer hardware , operating system.  if 'portable' pc bought in recent years, have hdmi socket looks this

you need match 1 of these sockets whatever have on external display.

 

to link function of os.  if windows 7 or 8, 'windows key p' open panel should select extend.  after drag , resize panels taste, , when happy, save new workspace.  don't know how elements.  (this photoshop forum)

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
