btw somehow fglrx works worse fglrx-updates 12.10
fglrx works better fglrx-updates 12.04 --> sayin..
yea, kernel problem...what kind of update if didnt have deal ******** hardware not working anymore? have different hardware still same problem snd-hda-intel , although half-assed fix, if can roll 3.2 kernel holding shift when starting up, that'll fix audio (but knock stupid years old issue of suspend , randomly making hard drive slow death fixed in 3.5) in between 3.2 , 3.5
