Q2ID document can't use Style Sheets

i've used markzware's q2id convert quark 7.5 document indesign cs6. style sheets came on conversion none of them have apply selection checked when open style sheet.

 

thus, style sheets of no use.

 

any way modify these style sheets they're usable?

this option not have bearing on styles , situation. "apply selection" used when creating style. if have text highlighted, can have text applied newly created style when exiting style panel. when q2id conversion, styles can modified xp id. , style applied text, may not have style applied.
