Photoshop CS6 Adobe Exchange crashes when trying to install extension

i installed exchange panel cs6. when try install extension, or when click on 'my stuff', error message saying 'adobe photoshop cs6 has stopped working. problem caused program stop working correctly. windows close program , notify if solution available.'

so have close program.

 

how can work? i'm on windows 7.

in both of scenarios, application requires check logged in user, think 1 of following workarounds may help:

 

1) try deleting following file , trying workflows again:

c:\users\username\appdata\local\adobe\oobe\opm.db

 

2) if above not help, please setup logging photoshop , send generated files lesavage @ adobe dot com

go start menu , type in ‘regedit’
click regedit.exe programs list

navigate computer\hkey_current_user\software\adobe\csxs.4

increase loglevel 6

repeat steps again , log file generated at: c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\temp\csxs3-phsp.log

 

finally, version of photoshop running , can take screenshot of message seeing in photoshop?

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
