tablet loads instead of desktop

i have site tablet version of website loads instead of desktop version when opened in window 8 , 8.1 using chrome 32 (beta) , chrome 33 (dev). noticed friend, , reproduced problem in browserstack.

 

is common problem , there known solution?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
