Accessing Attachment Feature to a HTML form

help. subscribed .99 first month of formscentral , can't access attachment feature.

i'd gladly pay month of 2 of formscentral, not year. everytime want upgrade thinking can

then access attachment feature, wants me pay full year subscription. need attachment feature,

yet not year's subscription. thank you.

with "trial" should (for 30 days) have "basic" level subscription - , unless turn off automatic renewal should continue have basic level subscription after that...

 

do have other email addresses may have used make purchase or sign formscentral? 

i checked level of service registered email address used sign forums , "free", first thing recommend confirm sure signing in right email address (adobeid), same purchased upgrade with...  can sign page same email using formscentral confirm adobeid has basic level subscription:

note: there no "feature" differences between "basic" (monthly) , "plus" (annual) - difference how many forms can create (5 in basic, unlimited in plus) , how many responses can recieve (500 vs 5000).  both include of "paid features" including attachment field support.  1 other difference in payment schedule , worth noting "plus" membership gives more , since billed annually costs less on year since committing 1 year (if split annual cost on 12 months comes less basic plan monthly).
