help with locked scrolling

hi, effect of scrolling down, getting locked @ position. here's example replicate - idea how can this?

the buttons on right hand side pretty nice navigationa support too.

the exact scroll motion lock on position not possible @ current stage.

but can try out applying scroll motion on page object image fill can check slideshow widget on page work scroll , wont exact similar effect.

regarding navigation, can use composition , try out.
