U44M1P7 Error

just last night, photoshop cc , illustrator (all through adobe creative cloud) won't let me use type tool. keep coming u44m1p7 error. i'vd found, it's instilation error. i've uninstalled entire adobe creative cloud , i've deleted photoshop software computer. when reinstalled creative cloud computer, same issue there. click update photoshop cc, , illustrator cc, , gets 60% complete , says same error u44m1p7. i've looked error logs, there literally no photoshop software anywhere on computer (from me deleting it) unless it's hidden well... possibility. i'm growing impatient , need access software. please help.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
