Multichannel Quicktime discrete outputs not working in CC

i have tried dozens of times after reading great tutorials here: http://strypesinpost.com/2013/06/exporting-mulitchannel-quicktimes-in-premiere-pro-part-2/

but still no luck exporting multichannel discrete quicktimes in premiere pro cc.  have created , set sequence multichannels, assigned channels in timeline match , set export match still nothing 1 working track out of 4 on number 1 , 2. have tried outputting 4 strereo tracks 8 channels panned , unpanned, 4 mono tracks, ect, ect. liking premiere far fcp , avid except this, please help.  thanks

 

note: 

 

i not seeing split track button under pan knob in mixer did in version 6.  normal cc?   again

how monitoring output?  computers have 2 speakers, make sense if that's you're hearing.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
